Tato Villanueva
Tato Villanueva is a multifaceted artist with more than 20 years of experience. He embodies the clown in its most pathetic form. His characters combine ridiculousness and circus skills in a unique way. He has performed at more than 100 festivals around the world. He is part of the Proyecto Migra company, with whom he has spent seven seasons in Buenos Aires with his show Un Domingo.

Since 2020, Tato Villanueva has been working with Marina Ferreira (Eu.Circ) on social circus projects throughout Brazil and directing contemporary circus shows. Eu.Circ is an independent cultural production company specializing in contemporary circus arts, founded in 2012 by producer Marina Ferreira. The company develops projects focused on artistic exchange and international collaboration, contributing to the circulation and development of circus and performing arts in Brazil and abroad. Eu.Circ’s trajectory includes participation in major international festivals such as Teatro a Mil (Chile), Montréal Complètement Cirque (Canada), and the International SESC Circus Festival - CIRCOS (Brazil), reinforcing its commitment to the internationalization of Brazilian circus arts. With solid experience in the conception, management, and execution of publicly funded cultural projects, Eu.Circ combines artistic vision with professional cultural management.
